Moca Network, the identity ecosystem of Animoca Brands, and Biletinial, one of Türkiye's largest independent ticketing platforms, have signed a strategic partnership to bring digital identity infrastructure to 6 million active users across 63 cities and 3,000+ venues nationwide.

How we're working together

Biletinial is integrating AIR Kit, Moca Network's modular SDK, across its platform to enable universal accounts and verifiable credentials in a single integration.

What Biletinial users get

  • A single verifiable digital identity that works across the Moca ecosystem
  • Verifiable on-chain proof of attendance for events
  • Interoperable loyalty rewards and personalized benefits, user-permissioned and privacy-preserving
  • Built with privacy-by-design principles to support GDPR-aligned data protection practices
  • Faster cross-border settlement and lower fees (coming soon)

Initial credential coverage

  • Age verification
  • Geographic attributes
  • Event participation history
  • Spending patterns and entertainment preferences
  • Cryptocurrency affinity (user-permissioned)

Why this partnership makes sense

Türkiye is a high-velocity market for consumer fintech and crypto adoption, and Biletinial is deeply embedded in the country's cultural and entertainment infrastructure, making it an ideal platform to roll out identity-driven ticketing at scale.

Biletinial has sold 25M+ tickets annually, draws 12.5M monthly website visitors, and supported 10,000+ events in 2025. Its institutional reach spans State Theatres, Opera & Ballet, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Turkish Volleyball Federation, major cinema chains, and municipal theatres.

What this means for the ticketing industry

Ticketing today is constrained by fragmented identities, scalping, dead-end loyalty programs, and poor data portability. This partnership is a blueprint to fix those constraints with verifiable identity and user-permissioned credentials.

  • Identity-backed ticketing: verifiable digital identity helps reduce bots and fake accounts
  • Proof of attendance: events become reusable credentials for benefits and access
  • Interoperable loyalty: rewards can move across the Moca ecosystem, not locked to one app
  • Fairer resale: identity-linked tickets make scalping structurally harder
  • Scalable model: mainstream deployment of privacy-preserving identity frameworks
